David L. Myers

David became a sworn law enforcement officer in 1993 and started working crash investigations in 1995.   He currently serves as a reserve officer for a central Indiana police department and is a member of the county’s multi-agency Fatal Accident Crash Team. He is a Traffic Crash Reconstructionist with specialized training in many areas including vehicle dynamics, commercial motor vehicles, motorcycle, bicycle, and pedestrian collisions, heavy truck and passenger vehicle electronic data recorders, and many other areas of study.

David is a published author on various fields of investigations and has been a speaker at multiple venues including industry groups, colleges and annual conferences for the investigations and security industries.

David has been active in his community for many years.  He served eight years on the Board of Directors of the Greater Greenwood Chamber of Commerce as well as the Board of Advocates and the Alumni Board of the University of Indianapolis.

David is an IFR rated private pilot and a SCUBA diver with search and rescue training.
